The Alleyway Jam went down right before the Vans US Open in Huntington Beach, CA and had the who’s who of BMX there in attendance riding, hanging out and playing ping pong. Young and old riders came to shred the ledges, rails, box jump and quarters.

Women’s BMX has been gaining momentum for years, but this feels like the culmination of a lot of hard work for these ladies. I’m fairly certain that this is the first major event to ever have a paid women’s class in the states and women from around the world came to take part of this historical session in an epic bowl at the Vans BMX Pro Cup.
Twenty of the baddest dudes on the planet had three chances to make the an overall impression. With the win, the overall championship, and 50k on the line…this was definitely the best event in Huntington yet. Check the highlights.
