Antoine Albeau has broken the windsurfing speed world record, at the 2015 Luderitz Speed Challenge, in Namibia.

This is a warn up run in the speed channel of Luderizt, the wind this year was not as good as the year before, plus the channel was not that good too and to many people in line, last year we could do a run every 15 min, this year not less that 45 min of waiting time to go,………

The RS:X World Windsurfing Championships in Mussanah, Oman, concluded in spectacular style on October 24, 2015 with the Medal Races producing nail-biting competition and two extremely worthy world champions. Peina Chen, the 26 year-old super-fit Chinese sailor confirmed her overall win of the Women’s World Championship, while an eighth place for Frenchman Pierre Le Coq in the Medal Race was enough for him to retain his leading position and secure the Men’s title.
