Thomas Traversa has conquered the Red Bull Storm Chase 2014, in Cornwall, England.
The ultimate storm windsurfer challenged gale winds of 70 knots, and 10-meter cold water waves. Marcilio Browne secured the runner-up spot, with Leon Jamaer in third place and Dany Bruch in fourth position.

Byron Kokkalanis and Bryony Shaw have taken gold at the 2014 ISAF Sailing World Cup Miami, held in Biscayne Bay, Florida.
Italy’s Mattia Camboni came out with youthful exuberance in the medal race to power ahead early on, but Kokkalanis fought back. Trailing the young Italian by 19 seconds at the first mark, Kokkalanis pushed hard to make up the difference.

As some of you may be are aware, the 2014 Formula Windsurfing World Championships are scheduled for dates that clash with the longstanding Ulsan PWA World Cup in Korea. Although the Korean event has run on roughly the same dates for the last six years, and despite the fact that the FW Class were informed of the dates for Korea in May of last year, no action was taken by the FW Class to avoid the clash.
