My buddy Jake caught a big gust and ended up landing hard. Nothing broken, but he hurt himself pretty bad. We won’t know what is actually wrong until the MRI later this week. He’s been doing this stuff for quite a few years so it isn’t like we were out there being complete morons. He wanted to get height which is why he runs in one direction and then cuts the kite in the opposite direction. We are pretty sure a second gust hit him mid air causing the rough fall.
