We spent two weeks in North Mozambique at Il Pirata lodge. The spot is on the beach of Murrebue, 20 minutes away from the big city Pemba. A beach 3k long and a lagoon 500M large. At low tide you ride threw the sand banks, the perfect flat spot for freestyle and unhooked! At high tide you can go play with the waves on the reef.And this amazing spot is just for you! If you went to kite far from crowded basic spots it’s the place you should go!

Professional kitesurfer, Nick Jacobsen has done it again; this time jumping off the roof my family’s new property on Moskito Island. Those of us watching held our breath in nervous anticipation and excitement, as Nick – who’s known as the daredevil of the kiting community – launched himself from the highest point of the house, clearing hundreds of feet of cliffs and rocks to safely land in the British Virgin Island’s calm blue waters.
