DAKHLA is a film by director Leopold Dekeister who explores a short-time Sahara nature. Dakhla is a celebration of nature and kitesurfing, a celebration to beauty and exploration.
Sam Light was just crowned the champion of the KPL for the second year in a row. Riding in the park has come such a long way in such a short amount of time. We remember when Sam was just another grimy kiteboarder up to his knees in the hood river moving rails around. This video is a salute to those days; no better way to honor the accolades of the present with a nod to the past.
Oman is an unknown destination but is full of kitesurfing spot. A road trip in 4×4 is necessary because most of the spots are little accessible and in remote places. And that’s what makes all the charm of this trip, this adventure!
