Ronstan A-Class Catamaran World Championship 2011 is being held on the Bay of Aarhus, Denmark, where the world’s best catamaran sailors will come together to compete. The event will be hosted from the Kaløvig Sailing Center from 10 to 16 August.

Online entries have opened for the 2012 blokart World Championships to be held at Ivanpah Dry Lake, USA in April next year. So far entries have been received from Spain, Australian, New Zealand and The United States, with sailors from many more countries indicating their intention to enter.

U.S. Multihull Championship 2011 was hosted by the Alamitos Bay Yacht Club and raced in Viper F16s on San Pedro Bay.

Skipper Matt Struble (San Diego, Calif.) won his fourth Hobie Alter Trophy Saturday afternoon on an exciting final day of racing. Struble and crew Damon Lacasella (San Diego, Calif.) withstood a late push from Taylor Reiss (Panama City, Fla.) and Matthew Whitehead (Panama City, Fla.) to claim the title.
