In Late February 2013, Mark Roberts was climbing Parsley Fern Lefthand Gully. Mid climb he was knocked right off the mountain by a large chunk of ice. He proceeds to fall hundreds of feet down the mountain until he eventually comes to a stop. Mark survived the fall without permanent injuries.

Three-time NHRA Top Fuel World Champion, Larry Dixon went on a wild ride in Santo Rapisarda’s car at the Santos Cranes Super 3 Extreme Drag Race at Willowbank Raceway last night (29 March 2013).
Luckily, the Holden Motorsport Safety Safari Holden utes weren’t called on, Dixon’s car returning later in the night to record a brilliant 4.68sec run at ‘just’ 275mph (442.5km/h).
NASCAR officials attempted to pull this race fan’s recording of yesterday’s DRIVE4COPD 300 crash off YouTube. They were successful, but not for long.
