Skook is a tidal wave in BC that when the proper tide comes in it is by far one of the best waves in the world. Without a doubt one of the smoothest and just most enjoyable features you can surf. I had barely 2 days to spare before having to drive east, but I wasn’t going to miss the chance to surf one of my favorite waves. Being short and sweet I didn’t get many rides, but it was worth the rally as it always is! – Dane Jackson

We had a blast last week during our trip to Ile de Brehat in Bretagne, France!! Sunny weather, a small but great team and a perfect venue to play in! This is the place for rock gardening, playing in tide races and enjoying a wild and rough coast. Tides were normal (in between spring and neap tide) and the wind did not exceed force 3. Swell was good and provided us with enough water movement to play in. We circumnavigated the Brehat island itself, and we also did a trip to Les Heaux, some 6 km offshore, to visit the lighthouse over there.
