HEALTH Minister Kon Vatskalis has been caught watching YouTube videos in Parliament only hours after releasing a report about alleged human rights violations at Royal Darwin Hospital this week.
And the CLP’s Adam Giles has been found to be “tweeting” on a social network website during sittings in the Legislative Assembly.
Mr Vatskalis yesterday refused to be interviewed about the embarrassing television footage of him watching a rally car video on his laptop.

This year’s annual Gumball 3000 rally has begun. The Gumball 3000 is an annual international rally that takes place on public roads on a different route each year around the world. The field consists of 120 vehicles. The Gumball 3000 began in 1999 and was founded by Maximillion Cooper who is an artist, fashion designer, film director, racing driver and skateboarder.
