Two men who had been drinking and watching NASCAR on television were arrested when they abandoned the race to ride horses down a Georgia highway. Police said one of the men appeared to be inebriated and could not control his horse.

Jeff Gordon had an injection in his back to help ease the pain he’s had for more than a year, and the four-time NASCAR champion says he’ll be able to drive this weekend in the longest race of the season.

The final 10 laps of Saturday’s NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race were about as good as it gets.
And it was all capped by Tony Stewart charging to the front in the final laps, stealing the win, his first victory with his new team.
