Antron Brown beat Tony Schumacher by 0.008 seconds to take the Top Fuel final at the NHRA Northwest Nationals at Pacific Raceways on Sunday.
Tim Wilkerson (Funny Car) and Mike Edwards (Pro Stock) were the other winners at the 14th of 24 races in the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series.
Brown won for the fourth time this season and extended his lead to 137 points over Schumacher with his 3.985-second pass (0.079 reaction time) at a top speed of 301.07 mph to Schumacher’s 3.990 (0.082 RT) at 300.00.
