27 Jul 2018- Surfer Koa Smith has caught the wave of a lifetime, riding nearly a mile in two minutes. He stayed upright through eight barrels as the wave broke over his head off the coast of Namibia on the western shore of Africa.

This was the second huge swell in the space of a week to hit Bali, and it was even bigger than the first. Probably the biggest waves seen at Uluwatu in recent years and definitely the biggest I’ve ever witnessed firsthand …anywhere.
