One year ago at the Battle of the Paddle Hawaii, Travis Grant (AUS) lined up for his first race under the C4 Waterman label. Beneath his feet was a brand new 12’6 custom race board shaped by Dave Parmenter. In his hands was one of the first prototypes of the C4 X-Wing paddle.
