Fans of surfing legend Vincent “Sunny” Garcia are still waiting for an update about the American star’s health after six months of secrecy.
Garcia was found unconscious at his home after an undisclosed incident and rushed to hospital in May 2019. He woke from a coma in September last year, and although speaking again, was nowhere near a full recovery.

Anthony Walsh conquered the 2020 Perfect Chapter, held in five-to-seven-foot barrels at Carcavelos, in Portugal.
The seventh edition of the Portuguese tube riding competition had 16 accomplished competing for glory and paychecks.
Walsh, who received a last-minute invitation to replace defending champion William Aliotti, managed to find the best barrels on offer and win the event.
The Hawaiian surfer defeated former Perfect Chapter winner Nic von Rupp, Aritz Aranburu, from the Basque Country, and American East Coast surfer Balaram Stack.
