The brothers are still in Mexico surfing double overhead waves with professional surfer, Bruce Irons. After stopping in Puerto Escondido to hang with Coco Nogales, they decide to hit the road and continue their journey down south.
The Disappearance follows a group of four professional surfers and six filmmakers on what should have been the ultimate surf trip to the jungles of Indonesia but quickly became an excursion into heart-stopping terror.
In Part 2 of Oakley Dispatch South Africa, the boys leave the beachbreaks of Ballito to score perfect pointbreak waves at “Supertubes” at Jeffrey’s Bay while competing in the 2012 Billabong Pro Jeffrey’s Bay. Perfect waves aren’t the only African experience the crew enjoys — a visit to the Seaview Lion Park leads to some close encounters with some of the continents’ most exotic animals.
