AS a regular bodyboarder Elizabeth Dickson has often watched younger surfers and wondered what it felt like to trim along the open face of a wave standing up.
By next week the 63-year-old aged care worker hopes to find out first hand after taking her first ever surfing lesson at Bondi yesterday.
