January 10th, 2021 saw the biggest swell so far this winter season with Mavericks reaching 50 foot faces by the early afternoon hours! most of the set waves were too big to paddle into so a few guys decided to tow in to these monsters. some of the riders were Pete Mel, John Mel, Luca Padua, and Grant twiggy Baker.
