At first glance, the title Fast & Furious seems like an uninspired moniker for the upcoming fourth chapter of Universal’s blockbuster action franchise. Certainly the bright minds who gave us the flash of unbridled genius that was 2 Fast 2 Furious might have conjured up something a tad more creative for the latest go-round, no? Perhaps something like Fast and Fourious, Fast and Furious Fourever, or even Live Free or Fast and Furious – anything would have worked better than the almost perfunctory plainness of Fast-ampersand-Furious.

Activision has announced that the next game in the popular Tony Hawk’s skateboarding franchise will be released in the second half of this year. They also revealed that will title will aim to appeal to a much broader audience than previous games.
