Thrill-seekers have been caught on video hurling themselves into the water in a combination of tombstoning, belly-flopping and planking. This video shows a young man belly-flopping 65ft off a harbour wall in Plymouth, Devon &#8211; at the same spot where one victim has already been paralysed in a similar stunt.
