The second though, is that once people do come out, it isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t hard to get them to come back time and time again.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">American interest in track cycling continues to grow thanks in part to the recent success of American women on the world stage, including a silver medal in the women\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s team pursuit in the London Olympics.
