This weekend will be a good opportunity for people unfamiliar with the water sport to get an up-close look at it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Noah Kalama Outrigger Classic will take place from about 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, July 14, at the Belmont Veterans Memorial Pier.
