After competing in the first 4 GP\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s of 2011 and realizing that he was not ready to do battle on the world\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s toughest stage at the level he knew he was capable of, Townley pulled the plug and returned to NZ to rethink his career and future.
