Last May, Burton Co-owners Jake and Donna decided to step back into the office in more permanent roles, CEO in Jake\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s case and now president for Donna, to focus on the brand\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s DNA\u00e2\u20ac\u201dcore retailers, employees, and the sport.
