France, along with certain countries, has decided to allow ATVs on the public roads. Are these French really crazy? Well the answer is no, and I would even venture that the contrary is actually true. I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t understand why, we Canadians, cannot ride our quads in town. So the ATV Trail Rider team decided to check this out for you.
