The prestigious awards are a highlight of the collegiate sailing year. The Women\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s College Sailor of the Year and the All-American honors are chosen by a committee of representatives from each of the seven ICSA districts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Quantum Women\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s College Sailor of the Year award annually honors an individual who has performed at the highest level of competition in district and national championships.
