The sale price has not been released, but the deal is expected to close by the end of 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Squaw Valley has been owned by the Cushing family for the last 60 years. Squaw&#8217;s founder, Alex Cushing, died in 2006. Alex&#8217;s widow, Nancy Cushing, has served as Squaw&#8217;s CEO since 1994.
