With 48 medals, including 19 world titles, the U.S. came out on top of the medal count, beating out the track cycling power house nations of Australia and Great Britain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The red, white and blue won a whopping seven world titles during the opening day\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s time trials.
