It is not safe,&#8221; said Deputy Jesse Tovar, a sheriff&#8217;s spokesman.<\/p>\n<p>ATV riders in the desert south of Interstate 10 between Horizon City and Clint told deputies they were shot at about 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
