The wind just wouldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t make up its mind what direction it wanted to blow and how strong. Just as soon as the wind seemed to be picking up in strength it was always 3 to 5 knots less than suitable to run the competition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Many riders pumped up their kites and spread their lines on the beach in anticipation of strengthening winds.
