Matt was a competitive snowboarder who was paralyzed eight years ago. Since his paralysis Matt has learned to walk and even snowboard again, despite his doctors&#8217; prognosis that he never would.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This year Matt is paying it forward with 100% of entry fees going to another injured snowboarder, Kevin Pearce. Kevin is recovering at Craig Hospital (Englewood, CO), the same hospital Matt spent time after his injury.
