A series of races will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2009 and Sunday, May 31, 2009 from noon \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 5 p.m., with teams competing just off the bay end of PIER 39.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">These 18-foot skiffs are among the fastest and most exciting in the sport today. They can reach more than three times the speed of average sailing yachts.
