After battling and beating leukemia twice, Dylan, surrounded by friends and family in Los Angeles, passed away from complications of his illness.<\/p>\n<p>We wanted to honor Dylan\u2019s legacy with a special ode, compiling footage from his early days at Osiris going all the way through his Supreme and Fucking Awesome rampage. No matter his age, Dylan was wholly himself and eternally inimitable.<\/p>\n<p>In lieu of sending flowers, Dylan\u2019s family requests donations be made in his memory to Dr. Stephen Forman.
